Hotel Kapu, Puebla

I had a great stay at this hotel in Puebla. The location couldn't be more convenient, as it is just across the street from the main bus terminal. It was also a bonus that it is close to both the ADO bus station and the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided in the room were more than satisfactory. The double bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the prices offered by the hotel were really budget-friendly, making it a great value for money option.

Everything was just as expected, no complaints whatsoever.

Located near the main bus terminal and reasonably priced, this hotel had a good wifi connection and friendly receptionists. the room was adequately clean and surprisingly had a flat-screen tv and a private bathroom.

the walls were paper-thin, and we could hear every sound, making it hard to sleep.

Conveniently located close to the bus and train stations. The room amenities were good and I enjoyed the comfortable bed and reliable wifi. The reception staff were friendly, allowed me to check in early, and even gave me great information on the laundry, restaurants, and things to do around the hotel.

Great location if you plan on using the bus service as it is located just opposite the station - which can save you a lot of time and hassle. Good Wi-Fi connection was provided which allowed me to stay connected with family and friends. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with enquiries.
